At Nutriune, we stand behind our product effectiveness.

If you have taken Nutriune consistently for 30 days and are not satisfied with your results, you may be eligible for a full refund.

To qualify:

  • You must use the product consistently for 30 days
  • Provide before & after blood reports as proof
  • Return any remaining product

Once verified, we will process your full refund.

Returns

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Return request must be made within 7 days from delivery
  • Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return, unless under the Satisfaction Guarantee above.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Clearance or promotional items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos/video evidence

We will arrange a replacement, store credit or refund where applicable.

Refunds

All returns are subject to inspection and approval.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for processing

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for:

  • Defective items
  • Incorrect items received

All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions within 1-3 business days.

Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless it’s our error
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method (we are not responsible for lost returns)
